QT10 block making machine is complete designed by our Germany company Zenith as per European standard, it is special design for large size river/sea/island side protection CC blocks, just assemble in QGM China Factory.

Batcher & mixer system:With 3x6m³ batcher, each bin has one vibrator, which can make raw material easier to go down.Use best quality Planetary mixer with cement and water weighing system and also humidity sensor. Mixer hopper also has a vibrator.
With Siemens Control system:Use Siemens PLC, Siemens Touch Screen, Siemens Frequency Convertor, etc.
