ZN900C Concrete Brick Production Line in Cambodia
Meijia Huasheng Cement Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019, registered in Cambodia. All share holders are from China and visited QGM only once before they made final decision. QGM sales manager visited customer's site in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2018. After the visit, the share holders in China came to visit QGM and signed contract immediately. They focused on high-end pavers instead of low-profit concrete hollow blocks and declined the offers by other suppliers with much lower price. To better improve capacity and efficiency in near future, they ordered a double-line reserved plant; which enables future expansion of production line by sharing the same batching system.

(2)Remote controlling and video monitoring system, provide real time production surveillance, both for video and software. Production setting, program update can be adjusted remotely, which can maximize the speed and accuracy of after sales service.

(3)Adopt Frequency Conversional Technology from Germany to guarantee stable performance for wet block conveyor and protect electrical motor from unsteady power. It can save 20-40% power by adjusting the frequency converter, compared to traditional motor;
(4)Most of the electrical components from SIEMENS, which will enable the machine to have high performance and stable performance; SIEMENS as an international brand has excellent performance and for customers are easily purchased for replacement if needed.
