Operation Cautions of Automatic Brick Making Machine
Automatic brick making machine production line must be operated in strict accordance with the instructions, please pay attention to the following points during maintenance:
1. All equipment in the production line must not be used in the open air. It must be installed in the workshop with water source, power supply, compressed air and dust-proof measures. The standard ambient temperature of the production line workplace is 5° ~ 40°C. Ambient limit low temperature shall not be less than 0℃ and not be higher than 45℃. If the ambient temperature is too high, forced cooling measures must be taken to cool down; If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the raw materials used to make the blocks shall have special structural components resistant to low temperature.
2. When the ambient temperature of the work site may be lower than 0℃, wherever there is water, such as the water metering system of the mixer and the water cooling system of the hydraulic station, the water should be cut off. Clean water from water pumps, coolers and pipes. Store the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station in the tank. Keep the fuel tank warm. Especially in the cold areas of the north, more attention should be paid.
3. Automatic brick making machine production line installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all kinds of personnel must have medium technology above the cultural level, must be trained before they take up their posts and can only carry the certificate to work after they are qualified.
4. After the automatic brick making machine are shipped to the designated place, please send personnel to open the box for inspection according to the packing list in time. After confirming that is correct, please properly keep the machine rainproof, moisture-proof and rust-proof (including randomly arrived accessories and wearing parts).
5. Before the installation of the automatic brick making machine production line, please measure and check each part of the foundation according to the foundation drawing. Equipment installation can only be carried out after confirmation of correctness.
6. Making different blocks has different requirements for the particle size of the materials used: When making non-porous block, aggregate particle size should not exceed 10 mm; When making perforated block, aggregate particle size should not be greater than 1/3 of the wall thickness of the block.
