The Components of Automatic Cement Brick Machine Production Line
What does A set of standard automatic cement brick machine production line consist of? Take QGM block machine as an example:
Batching and mixing system
It is mainly composed of batcher, mixer for color pigment, mixer for base material, screw conveyor, silo, cement weighing system, belt conveyor for color pigment, belt conveyor for base material and so on.
Main block making system
That is the cement brick machine. It is the core of the fully automation system.
Automatic transferring system
Belt conveyor for wet product: it is used for wet block conveying. Its function is to transfer the product produced by the automatic block machine to the elevator to complete the wet block conveying.
Elevator: It is used to pick up and stack products with pallet from the cement brick machine, and promote to the designated height, and then send them to the curing room by finger car.
Program-controlled finger car: It is used to pick up the wet products transported by the elevator and send them to the curing room, and then pick up the cured products from other curing room and transfer them to the lowerator.
Lowerator: It is used to lower the cured product with pallets onto the conveyor for cubing and returning the pallets.
Belt conveyor for dry product: It is used for dry block conveying. Its function is to transfer the cured product to the belt conveyor for dry block through the lowerator to complete the dry product conveying.
Pallet returning system
Horizontal pallet feeder: It is used for transverse conveying of pallet. Its function is to transport the pallet sent by belt conveyor for dry product to the pallet feeder, to complete the conveying of pallet.
Pallet turning machine: It is used for pallet turning, its function is to turn the pallet transported on the belt conveyor for dry product 180° to complete the pallet turning.
Cubing system
The control system of cuber has an independent electrical cabinet. Status display and data input are realized through industrial computer. Such as: block thickness, layer number, cubing height, rotation angle and the way of cubing, etc.
Automatic packing system
The system consists of film-surrounded machine, sword strapping machine, and multiple conveyors. If necessary, automatic coding equipment can be configured.
