QT6 Automatic Block Machine in Nacala Porto, Mozambique
The customer had one egg-layer machine & one QTJ4-26 block machine from north China. However, he was not satisfied with the machine performance & block quality. He lost lots of big customers because of the low production capacity & poor block quality.
In March of 2013, He visited QGM & some of QGM clients’factories. He was surprised to see the big performance difference between QGM machines & his old ones. As as result, he decided to throw his old machines away & ordered one QT6 Automatic Block Machine from us.
Machine Specition:
1. JS-500 Twin-shaft Mixer（with strong mixing capacityAdds sand, crushed stone, cement etc aggregates into the hoist bucket of mixer directly.）;
2. Belt Conveyor;
3. QT6 Automatic Block Machine（Two SIEMENS Vibration Motors with SIEMENS Frequency Converter）;
4. Stacker（Controlled by SIEMENS Frequency converter to protect fresh-blocks from damage）;
5. PVC Pallets (500pcs);
6. Moulds (8 sets);
QGM QT6 machines are used to produce high-density paving blocks, hollow blocks & solid blocks etc.
