On November 22nd, the first overseas training base for engineers and technicians of China Concrete and Cement Products Association (hereinafter referred to as "CCPA") - Eco-Concrete Masonry Materials and Engineers Training Base for Concrete and Cement Products Industry (Germany Station) - was launched at Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Zenith) in Neunkirchen, Saarland.

The 6th China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo") concluded successfully from November 5th to November 10th. The theme of the exhibition is "New Era, Sharing the Future", more than 3,400 enterprises from 128 countries and regions participated in the exhibition, the world's top 500, industry leading enterprises and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are the largest number ever. On July 20, 2023, with the theme of "New Stage, New Idea, New Pattern", the Seventh and Fifteenth Executive Council Meeting of China Sand and Gravel Association was held in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, and Fu Binghuang, Chairman of QuanGong Machinery Co.Ltd (QGM in short). and Vice President of China Sand and Gravel Association, attended the meeting and listened to the relevant reports.

In February 2023, QGM received an inquiry from a Canadian customer about QGM's high configuration paver brick machine. The customer said that the high configuration and excellent vibration technology of ZN900CG brick machine has excellent manufacturing results in the production of multi-color bricks, which is popular and commonly used in the Canada local market.

On the afternoon of May 24, RUDOLPH JAN, Consul General of Germany in Guangzhou, visited Quangong Machinery Co., LTD. (hereafter referred to as QGM.) with government staff.

On April 19, the training base for ecological concrete masonry materials and engineering technicians in the concrete and cement products industry were officially launched in QGM training base. The training base aims to improve the overall manufacturing and management level of the ecological concrete masonry industry, create an efficient production model of ecological concrete masonry, and build a complete talent training and operation management system. Centered on the China Concrete and Cement Products Industry Association, QGM training base is used as a platform to build a world-class training base for ecological concrete masonry skilled personnel, and to create a talent training and operation management system for ecological concrete masonry smart factories.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a new technology that can compute the location, and angle of an image in real-time. AR technology also can display corresponding images at the same time. Data information from the real world will be combined with the virtual one, so as to provide people with a virtual reality world in which to immerse.

“Digital Twins” means that copy a real block making production line in a digital method, which simulates the actions and movements of the production line in the real world. It is the virtual reality of design, crafts, manufacture, and the whole block production line so as to realize the effect of a “dark factory” which can boost R&D and manufacture efficiency, forecast malfunction, reduce production costs, and save the loss, etc.

Recently, China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement on the 2022 Green Manufacturing List, and QGM was honored to be included in the 2022 Green Factory List.
