Recently, QGM QT10 automatic block making production line has been delivered to Bangladesh for CC block production. The partner is a well-known construction group, which has undertaken many large-scale highway, bridge and river protection projects in the local region.
Project Background:
The client already imported the whole QT10 production line in 2019. In view of the expansion of production scale and the increasing demand for new building materials in the local market, who cooperate with QGM once again to buy a new handling line with the QT10 automatic block making machine for the production of large-sized river protection CC blocks.
After receiving the order, our company started intensive stocking work:
QT10 is a cost-effective and high-performance block making machine, which is independently designed and produced by QGM, and it can efficiently produce various cement pavers, earth-retaining concrete blocks, water conservancy blocks, etc. Also it can be widely used in municipal engineering, building work and garden construction.
The machine frame is made of high-strength castings and welding of special materials, with great rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life. The electrical system adopts German Siemens touch screen and programmable logic controller (SIEMENS PLC), while the control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. High-dynamic proportional valves is adopted as hydraulic components to adjust oil volume and pressure according to different production requirements. The four-bar guide mode ensures the precise operation of the tamper head and the mold. At the same time, because of pressurization with table vibration to facilitate molding, the forming cycle will be shorter, and the production efficiency will be higher.
