A letter to Comrade Wang Binghuang
Dear BingHuang Wang,
How time flies! I was shocked when my secretary told me that you were retiring. My mood is extremely complicated. On the one hand, I am very reluctant, because I am reluctant to leave QGM ZENITH for an excellent talent like you. But on the other hand, I am also sincerely happy for your retirement, because you have worked hard outside for half your life, and now you can finally return to your hometown and enjoy the joy of your family. I can imagine your leisurely afternoon time after you get home, sipping a cup of tea and teasing your grandson. What a wonderful scene.
Looking back on the storms of the past 30 years, the past is vivid in my mind. I still remember,in the year you were hired, we had a problem. At that time, there were seven competitors bidding for a project in China at the same time, and our company's SZ-2500 concrete pipe equipment ranked sixth in the first round of bidding and was on the verge of being eliminated. But you did not slack off, but invited customers to visit our three projects, compared the advantages and disadvantages of our equipment and other equipment, impressed customers with professionalism and quality, and finally made them choose us. After that, the client also specially sent me a thank you letter, thanking you for making him make the right choice. At that moment, I also felt heartfelt joy for my choice of you.
Over the past three decades, you have shined in every position in the company. You have done marketing, marketing, administration, no matter which job you do, you demand your best. The past 30 years have also been the most important 30 years for QGM. You have witnessed the development of QGM into the largest concrete block making machine company in China, you have witnessed our acquisition of ZENITH, a well-known German block making machine company, and you have witnessed the Chinese block making machine going international and becoming a world-renowned brand. Thirty years, countless days and nights, thank you for your hard work. I want to borrow another 30 years from the god to continue the story of you and QGM.
You have used your actions to write the stories of the old generation of QGMs, and your stories have also influenced the new generation of QGMs. I can see that the new generation of QGM people have light in their eyes, just like you in those days. Thanks to you, QGM can survive the vicissitudes of life and become stronger!
Yours Faithfully,
Chairman Fu
