ZENITH's Return Visit---Second Station:Anhui Jianghu Construction Material Company
On May 2, while people were enjoying a rare long holiday, Maik Peter Cesarek, a senior engineer from Germany ZENITH, continued his return visit. The second stop of the journey came to Wuhu, Anhui Province.
Jianhua Building Materials is one of the largest integrated service providers of concrete products and technologies in China, and this time what we visited is its production base in Anhui.
Jianhua Building Materials (Anhui) Co. Ltd was established in December 2007, mainly producing prestressed concrete piles, solid square piles, hollow square piles, prefabricated bridge piers, photovoltaic pillars and other concrete products, which have a high market share in Anhui market. Many famous premium projects in Anhui province have used Jianhua products, such as Anhui International Convention and Exhibition Center, Wuhu Fantawild Adventure, Wuhu Country Garden, Anhui Normal University and so on.
In 2017, after several visits to Germany, Anhui Jianhua finally purchased the ZENITH 940 pallet-free block making machine from Quan Gong Co. and still functioned well ever since. The residual slurry produced during the production of pipe piles is an excellent material for the production of concrete blocks. The final product is of much better quality compared to ordinary concrete blocks. At the same time, the production range of the ZENITH 940 concrete block machine goes far beyond that of ordinary block making machines and can produce a wide range of special products that are non-standard and cannot be produced by single pallet machines.
Accompanied by Anhui Jianhua company's technical staff, Cesarek carefully examined every part of the ZENITH 940 block machine at the production site and communicated from time to time through an interpreter to understand the status of the equipment and the problems that arise during the daily production operation.
Taking advantage of this rare opportunity, Anhui Jianhua's technical staff started technical exchange with Cesarek to discuss how to further optimize the production process and improve production efficiency. Cesarek, as the designer of the equipment, knows the performance of the equipment very well, and his suggestions are convincing from a high level.
ZENITH's return visit to Wuhu station ended successfully and the next station will depart soon. There is an end to the journey, but there is no end to the service.
