How to maintain the main equipment of concrete mixing plant
(1) Maintenance of concrete mixer
A/When the reducer of concrete mixer is put into use for 200 hours for the first time, it needs to change the lubricating oil. When it is put into use for 500 hours for the second time, it needs to change the lubricating oil every 2500 hours in the normal production period. The oil pump needs to check whether the grease really reaches the shaft head every day.
B/ After the concrete mixer works for one cycle, the mixture residue shall be removed, and the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing knife shall be cleaned. During manual cleaning, it is forbidden to remove the mixture residue with a hammer, because violent impact will break the mixing knife.
C/ When the gap of the vulnerable parts of the concrete mixer is greater than 8 mm, the gap should be adjusted to 5 – 8 mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the vulnerable parts.
（2） Maintenance of concrete batching machine
We have to inspect the concrete batching machine every day, and clean the debris on the screen in time. If the clearance is found to be too large during inspection, it should be adjusted in time. After adjusting to the limit position, if adjustment is needed, the gap can be adjusted by welding repair method.
（3） Maintenance of screw conveyor
The operator of the equipment should check whether the belt is in the center every day, and adjust it in time to avoid skin damage; Check the effect of belt sweeper, adjust or replace the sweeper in time; Check whether there is any sticking material on the idler and roller, and clean it up in time if there is any; If there is any damage on the belt surface, it should be repaired in time to avoid damage spreading.
（4） Maintenance of cement silo
The operators of the concrete mixing station should check the cement silo every hour. Once the ash comes out of the pressure safety valve on the top of the silo, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned in time to prevent the powder from caking with rainwater and make the safety valve invalid. Clean and inspect the safety valve every half a year.
（5） Maintenance of control system
Mixing plant control system, just like human brain, is one of the most important equipment in mixing plant. We need to check the control system every day and deal with problems immediately. In addition, the control system should be checked every month to test whether the relevant electronic components are normal.
