2.The reasons of insufficient thrust of hydraulic cylinder or slow down and its solution
1)Cylinder high and low pressure cavity are interconnected and the clearance is too large and the seal is damaged；
2)The oil seal pressure at the cylinder end is too tight or the piston rod is bent led to the resistance increase；
3)Too much leakage；
4)High oil temperature and viscosity reducing.
Solution:
1)Adjust the speed of the clearance between cylinder and piston or replace the seal；
2)Loosen the oil seal until there is no oil leakage to calibrate the cylinder rod；
3)Find the leakage points and handle it；
4)Try to cool it down.
3.The reasons of the internal leakage of the cylinder
1)The piston seal is cracked and scratched；
2)There is abrasion and scratch on the inner wall of the cylinder；
3)The cylinder barrel bulges and it is out of shape.
4.What is cylinder internal leakage?
The leakage between the front cavity and the back cavity in the gas is called internal leakage.
