Review Meeting for 'Concrete Block Manufacturing Workers' Skill Standards' a Success
On April 23, 2025, the review meeting for the association standard titled Occupational Skill Standards for Concrete Block Product Manufacturing Workers, organized by the China Concrete and Cement Products Association (CCPA), concluded successfully in a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere. The meeting, led by the association, brought together 18 experts and scholars from industry associations, research institutions, manufacturing enterprises, and end-user representatives, including 9 senior reviewers. Their participation provided a solid guarantee for the scientific rigor and practicality of the standard.
As one of the key drafting organizations, Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. was fully involved in the development of the standard. During the meeting, the drafting team gave a detailed presentation on the process of standard formulation, highlighting the classification of skill levels, training requirements, and assessment criteria. A comprehensive report was also presented on the feedback gathered from various stakeholders. The review experts and representatives held in-depth discussions on the submitted materials and proposed valuable suggestions for revision of the main text.
After thorough deliberation and evaluation, the review panel unanimously agreed that the standard was both scientifically sound and highly practical, reaching the advanced level of domestic industry. The review outcome reflects extensive domestic and international research, as well as alignment with current trends in the concrete block products sector. The standard is systematic and comprehensive, balancing the knowledge base and operational competencies required for workers at different skill levels. It provides a clear and efficient reference for vocational skill level recognition and training in the industry.
