Tropical Challenge: How Quangong Equipment Conquered the Heat & Humidity of Southeast Asia?
Project Background
In Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the "Eco New City" project demanded building materials that are both high-strength and environmentally friendly. However, the region’s tropical climate—with an average annual temperature of 28°C and humidity around 85%—posed a major challenge for equipment stability and reliability.
To meet these demanding conditions, Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. delivered a customized ZN1200S fully automatic block production line, which became Southeast Asia's first zero-wastewater-emission brick plant.
Technical Highlights
Heat & Humidity-Resistant Engineering
Anti-corrosion coating:
The vibration table is treated with Zincotec nano zinc-aluminum coating from Germany.
It withstands over 2,000 hours of salt spray testing.
Enhanced cooling system:
The hydraulic unit is equipped with a dual cooling radiator system from DAIKIN, Japan,
ensuring hydraulic oil remains stable at 40°C ± 2°C, even in ambient temperatures of 50°C.
Intelligent Humidity Compensation
Moisture-adaptive aggregate control:
Uses microwave moisture sensors to monitor aggregate humidity in real time.
Automatically adjusts vibration frequency and compaction pressure.
Maintains brick density deviation within ±2%.
Anti-adhesion mold technology:
Molds are coated with Höganäs tungsten carbide layer from Sweden.
Prevents material sticking in humid environments.
Extends mold cleaning cycles by 3x.
Eco-Friendly Closed-Loop System
Water recycling system:
Wastewater goes through three-stage sedimentation + reverse osmosis, achieving 95% water reuse.
Air purification system:
Achieves 99.8% dust collection efficiency.
Emission concentration is kept below 10 mg/m³ (30% lower than Vietnam’s national standard).
