The following items should be noted when operating the hollow block making machine:
1.When the hollow block machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put tools and hands into the barrel to avoid accidents.
2.Before starting the equipment, check that the clutch, brake, wire rope, etc. They should be in good condition, and there should be no foreign matter in the barrel.
3.When using the mixer, it must be placed in a solid place, stabilized with a bracket or stand, and tires should not be used instead of support.
4.Note that when the hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to pass or stay under the hopper. After the work is completed, the hopper should be fixed before leaving.
5.If hydraulic parts such as oil cylinders, valve blocks, valve parts, oil pipes, etc. leak oil, the repair methods such as replacing oil seals and sealing rings or replacement of the whole parts should be used to avoid wrong operation. Oil pumps and oil motors should always listen, watch, and If an abnormality is found, it must be shut down and discharged.
6.Please keep the hydraulic system, oil pipeline and hydraulic station clean.
7.Note that the oil temperature is too high, which would affect the performance of the machine.
8.When the hollow block machine is overhauled, the hopper should be fixed and the power supply should be cut off.
9.The product vibration time should be strictly controlled. The vibration time should be adjusted according to the requirements of non-fired block products. Summarize the ratio between yield and quality. If necessary, the feed amount or feed times should be adjusted to achieve a balance.
10.At any time, pay attention to whether the limits of each process of the block machine are normal, whether the screws are loose, and discover the situation in time, stop and adjust in time to remove hidden dangers.
